Escalope of “Hot” Arran smoked salmon served with a Dill and mustard dressing
Smoked chicken salad Topped with crispy Bacon Lardons cordoned with a heather honey and sesame seed dressing
Haggis spring roll set on a bed of “Neeps” cordoned with a whisky Cream sauce
Savoury vegetable Tartlet topped with melted goats cheese served with a tomato salad
Merchants fishcake set on a light horseradish and lemon sauce
